As the sun rises above Cappadocia, hundreds of colourful hot air balloons begin to dance in the sky for a magical journey. As an alternative to joining the balloon basket, you can have a local experience on the ground with a traditional Turkish breakfast, which is a feast not only for the eyes but also for the souls while watching the balloons.
It can be quite cold at sunrise, we recommend dressing up considering this.
