Consisting of beautifully restored old Greek mansions from late 19th century, Gül Konakları (Rose Mansions in English) is the perfect place to relax and rewind after touring around Cappadocia.
Gül Konakları Sinasos consists of two Greek mansions built on an area of 4000 m2 with carved stone and rock of the region in the second half of the 19th century. The restoration of the mansions started in September 1998 and was completed in June 2002. Diligently restored to maintain the authentic features of the building, our hotel contains guest rooms that are furnished with their own unique character.

The magnificent Rose Pavilion, which overlooks the spacious courtyard with walnut and mulberry trees on one side and the rose garden that lends our hotel its name on the other, is a common use area where you can deeply feel the peace of your stay at our hotel. Located in our lower mansion, the Main Hall offers a working and leisure space with its flexible structure suitable for individual or group use. Its library that includes resources about Byzantine architectural history, the cultural heritage of Cappadocia and books about Sinasos and ancient artifacts, offers an interesting reading list for our guests who want to learn more about the region. Whether it's chatting by the fireplace in cool weather or organizing meetings for your groups, the Main Hall awaits you reflecting an ambiance unique to Sinasos.
We have 7 guest rooms in total: 3 Deluxe, 3 Standard Double and 1 Standard Twin. The lower mansion also contains facilities and recreational areas such as the Reception, Winery, Kitchen with tandoori place, Rose Pavilion, Fireplace Room, Main Hall, Restaurant, Terrace, Courtyard and Rose Garden.
